Рецензирование

Все рукописи, зарегистрированные в редакции, проходят рецензирование. При рецензировании учитываются следующие критерии:

актуальность представленных материалов;

их научная новизна;

исследовательский характер статьи;

стиль текста и аргументированность выводов;

соответствие названия статьи содержанию.

 

Научные статьи, поступившие в редакцию журнала, проходят «слепое» рецензирование.

Рецензент может рекомендовать статью к опубликованию; рекомендовать к опубликованию после доработки с учетом замечаний; не рекомендовать статью к опубликованию.При незначительных недостатках рецензент может предложить автору доработать статью. При отказе автора от доработки статья не принимается к публикации.Если рецензент рекомендует статью к опубликованию после доработки с учетом замечаний или не рекомендует статью к опубликованию, в рецензии должны быть указаны причины такого решения.При наличии рекомендаций по доработке статьи редакция предлагает учесть их при подготовке её нового варианта. Доработанная автором статья повторно направляется в редакционную коллегию. Если после доработки у рецензента остаются существенные замечания, статья снимается с рассмотрения и отклоняется. В данном случае автор получает соответствующее уведомление по электронной почте.

Рецензирование проводится в течение 20 дней со дня регистрации статьи. Редколлегия и редакция в переписку с авторами по поводу отклонённых или отправленных на доработку статей не вступают.

Рецензирование производится бесплатно.

Рецензии хранятся в редакции журнала в течение 5 лет.

Reviewing

All manuscripts registered with the editorial board are reviewed. The following criteria are taken into account when reviewing:

relevance of the submitted materials;

their scientific novelty;

the research nature of the article;

text style and reasonableness of conclusions;

the correspondence of the article title to the content.

 

Scientific articles submitted to the editorial board of the journal are subject to "blind" review.

The reviewer may recommend the article for publication; recommend it for publication after revision, taking into account comments; do not recommend the article for publication. If there are minor shortcomings, the reviewer may suggest that the author finalize the article. If the author refuses to finalize the article, it will not be accepted for publication. If the reviewer recommends the article for publication after revision, taking into account the comments, or does not recommend the article for publication, the reasons for this decision should be indicated in the review.

If there are recommendations for finalizing the article, the editorial board suggests taking them into account when preparing its new version. The article revised by the author is re-sent to the editorial board. If, after revision, the reviewer has significant comments, the article is withdrawn from consideration and rejected. In this case, the author receives a corresponding notification by e-mail.

The review is conducted within 20 days from the date of registration of the article. The editorial board and the editorial staff do not enter into correspondence with the authors regarding rejected or submitted articles for revision.

The review is free of charge.

The reviews are kept in the editorial office of the journal for 5 years.
